1. General Provisions

The nekastore.am website is intended to provide information about the products presented on the website and to allow customers to order them online.

Product images displayed on the website may differ slightly from the actual products due to lighting, screen color settings, or other technical factors.

We may, when necessary, change the product range, prices, descriptions, or availability.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, the customer provides the information required to process and fulfill the order.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

An order is considered accepted after it has been confirmed.

If a product is unavailable or other circumstances arise, we may contact the customer to modify or cancel the order.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices on the website are stated in Armenian drams unless otherwise indicated.

Payment may be made using any payment method available on the website at the time of purchase.

For online payments, the transaction may be processed through the relevant bank or payment service provider.

4. Delivery

Available delivery methods, delivery area, cost, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process or agreed with the customer.

Delivery times may change due to circumstances beyond the customer's control.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

5. Acceptance of Goods

Upon receiving the product, the customer is advised to check:

• the product name and quantity,
• the external condition of the product,
• the integrity of the packaging,
• whether the product matches the order.

If any visible damage or discrepancy is identified, the customer should notify us as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the RA Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

A non-food product of proper quality may, where provided by law, be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date the product was delivered to the customer, provided that:

• the product has not been used,
• its commercial appearance and consumer properties have been preserved,
• any applicable labels, packaging, or seals have been preserved,
• there is information confirming that the product was purchased from this seller.

Certain categories of products specified by law may not be eligible for return or exchange.

In particular, where provided by law, return restrictions may apply to products made to the customer's individual specifications or otherwise personalized, products that cannot be returned after use for hygiene reasons, and other categories of products provided for by law.

The customer bears the delivery or shipping costs associated with returning a product of proper quality to the seller unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

In the case of defective or non-conforming goods, the rights and guarantees provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia apply.

7. Refunds

Where the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the conditions of the payment method used.

If the payment was made by bank card, the actual time required for the funds to be credited may also depend on the servicing bank or payment system.

8. Liability

We aim to provide information on the website as accurately as possible.

However, technical errors, temporary website unavailability, or delays in updating information may occur.

We are liable within the limits established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

9. Intellectual Property

Texts, designs, photographs, trademarks, and other materials available on the website may be the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.

Use of such materials without the permission of the relevant rights holder may be prohibited.

10. Governing Law

Any relationship arising from these Terms & Conditions is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Disputes should, where possible, be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
